Visitors should be made aware that area surrounding samadhi is mountainous jungle so occasional snakes and
scorpions may be found. In rainy weather leeches and cenerpedes are part of the wildlife.
The kukuloya road, which makes up
the last third of your journey from
kandy
, is often the worse for
wear, due to torrential rains so be prepared for a
rough ride!
